About Us

• The Goods and Services (and/or Promotions and Incentives as per clause 9 of these Terms) are provided by LKQ Group (UK) Limited, trading as LKQ Arleigh, LKQ Nova Leisure, LKQ Aquafax, ASAP Supplies and Midland Chandlers (“we/us/our”)
• We are registered in England and Wales and have our registered office and main trading address at T2, Birch Coppice Business Park, Danny Morson Way, Dordon, Tamworth, England, B78 1SE.
• Our company number is 2680212 and our VAT registration is 766 4369 89.
• Our group of companies includes our subsidiaries and holding company and those owned by our holding company in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 (“Group of Companies”)

Terms of delivery

Aquafax will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. Any loss or damage to the goods is to be reported within 24 hours after receipt.

• Goods are delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are available to some areas at extra cost, please enquire for details.
• If the goods are in stock and you place your order before 1pm GMT we will despatch your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• If the goods are out of stock you will be informed, and they will be despatched to you once they arrive in stock.
• If the order is split into more than one consignment, you will be charged the full delivery rate on the first consignment but you will not be charged for delivery on the balance of the order.
• If you require a delivery outside the UK mainland, Europe or Ireland please contact us first, we are happy to quote for delivery to any address.
• All deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt.
• Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery Costs

This table shows carriage charges to the UK mainland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Carriage charges are calculated on the total value of your order.

Saturday deliveries are available to some areas at extra cost, please enquire for details.

Delivery Costs To Jersey and Guernsey

Delivery Costs To The Republic of Ireland

Delivery Costs To The EU

This table shows delivery rates for goods delivered to other European Union (EU) countries. Carriage charges are calculated on the total value of your order.

If your delivery address is outside of the European Union please contact us for delivery charges.

Direct Delivery Costs

Customers who use our direct despatch service are subject to the below carriage charges, these rates only apply to direct delivery addresses in the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland and not to goods delivered to your current invoice address.

Collections

We are operating a Click and Collect service at our Hamble and Plymouth branches. Orders can be placed online or over the phone, but please allow us 1 hour to process your order before collecting. Collection orders must be collected within 14 days.
