About Us

• The Goods and Services (and/or Promotions and Incentives as per clause 9 of these Terms) are provided by LKQ Group (UK) Limited, trading as Arleigh, Nova Leisure, Aquafax, ASAP Supplies and Midland Chandlers (“we/us/our”)
• We are registered in England and Wales and have our registered office and main trading address at T2, Birch Coppice Business Park, Danny Morson Way, Dordon, Tamworth, England, B78 1SE.
• Our company number is 2680212 and our VAT registration is 766 4369 89.
• Our group of companies includes our subsidiaries and holding company and those owned by our holding company in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 (“Group of Companies”)

Terms of Delivery

ASAP Supplies will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. Any loss or damage to the goods should be reported within 24 hours after receipt.

• Evri standard service parcels are delivered Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. FedEx next day parcels are delivered Monday through Friday 8am to 6:00pm. All services exclude bank holidays. Premium next-day Saturday and by Noon delivery is available to select areas for an extra cost. Pallet deliveries, overweight and oversized products could be delivered via other couriers.
• If the goods are out of stock you will be informed, and they will be dispatched to you once they arrive in stock.
• If the order is split into more than one consignment, you will be charged the full delivery rate on the first consignment, but you will not be charged for delivery on the balance of the order.
• If you require a delivery outside of our quoted areas, please contact us, we are happy to quote for delivery to any address.
• If the goods are in stock and you place your order before 3pm we will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours, in busy periods this can extend to 48 hours. Pallet deliveries are 48 hours. Deliveries will not be made on weekends and bank holidays unless special arrangements have been made.
• All deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt.
• Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

UK Mainland - Trade Delivery Costs

Standard delivery is FREE on orders over £150.00 (ex VAT). *However, a charge will still apply for oversized or overweight delivery services, and premium services regardless of the order value total. *Overweight charge will apply if an individual item on the order is over 25kg. *Oversize charge will apply if an individual item is over 1.6m

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Isle of Man - Trade Delivery Costs

Northern Ireland - Delivery Costs

EU - Trade Delivery Costs

Dropship - Trade Delivery Costs

Please note: We are unable to dropship to addresses outside of the UK mainland. *Overweight charge will apply if an individual item on the order is over 25kg. *Oversize charge will apply if an individual item is over 1.6m

Export orders will be dispatched once all items from your order are in stock. All products are sold on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis, meaning the buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. Please be aware that couriers may also charge customs clearance and handling fees; unfortunately, these differ between couriers. Please contact us for further information.

Collections

We are operating a Click and Collect service at our Hamble and Plymouth branches. Orders can be placed online or over the phone, but please allow us 1 hour to process your order before collecting. Collection orders must be collected within 14 days.
