Q. Do you supply to the public?

A. As a trade distributor, Aquafax partners with a network of expert dealers who can provide you with the marine parts you require. To connect with a knowledgeable dealer in your area. Find your nearest dealer here.
 

Q. I have a trade account, how do I login to the website?

A. To gain access to the trade area of our website and place orders, existing trade account holders can request a website login here.
 

Q. How can I get technical support?

A. If you need technical assistance with a product you've purchased or are considering purchasing, you can reach our technical support team by emailing techteam@aquafax.co.uk or by completing a product enquiry form.

 

Q. I've ordered some goods, when will I receive my invoice?

A. Your invoice will be sent by post a couple of days after your goods are dispatched. Need an additional copy? Visit our Help Center.
 

Q. How do I return my items?

A. For returns, order issues, or any other assistance, please visit our Help Centre. Our customer service team will review and process your request as soon as possible.
 

Q. What are the carriage charges?

A. Carriage charges are based upon the value of the order, full details can be found here.
 

Q. Can we call in and collect goods?

A. Aquafax have trade branches in Hamble and Plymouth, goods can be collected from these locations. We cannot however offer collection from our centre distribution hub.

We offer credit and pay as you go accounts...

We offer accounts to all of our trade customers. There are two types; Credit Accounts and Cash Accounts. They both give trade price benefits, with the credit accounts offering monthly credit facilities, and the Cash Accounts enabling you to pay as you go.
