Important Information For Our Trade Customers – Website & ERP System Update

As part of our continuous improvement plan, our team are busy working on our new ERP system. This new platform in conjunction with our new website will offer you a more fully-featured and efficient method of placing orders with us. Our new website will include live stock availability for all our depots, your net pricing and online ordering. Please note that online ordering will initially be limited to shipping from Luton, but our longer term aim is to be able to offer you more choice of shipping methods from all of our regional depots.

As we begin the ERP transition process, all website logins will be temporary suspended as from 4pm on Wednesday 25th March 2020, in addition the website will no longer be displaying any recommended retail prices. We apologise for this inconvenience but would like to assure you we are working hard on developing what we believe will be an industry-leading solution that will enable us to better support your trade business and ultimately your customers.

When the new website is launched, we will be sending an email to the address registered on your current trade login account asking you to reset your password, once reset you will be able to log into the new site. If you have any queries relating to your new trade login, please email
