HALO20 is a compact 20-inch dome radar with pulse compression technology that detects collision hazards and other targets up close and out to 24 nautical miles.
The radar helps navigate through crowded waterways or areas of poor visibility, enhancing awareness and on-water safety. It can monitor selected collision hazards with MARPA target tracking - tracking up to 10 targets.
When not in use, the HALO20 switches to low-power standby mode but wakes instantly when needed. Even if completely powered down, the radar start-up is a matter of seconds rather than minutes like traditional pulse radar.
Even in the harshest conditions, the HALO20’s Harbour, Offshore, Weather and custom modes tune the radar’s advanced signal processing to help ensure that targets can be seen vividly.
