Clamcleat® rope cleats now need little introduction. The principle of the converging tapered grooves ensures grip without wear. Simply lay the rope which will automatically cleat under load. To release just jerk upwards.
The C203 is a small nylon vertical cleat (82mm x 18mm wide) with a built in fairlead designed for smaller diameter lines from 3-6mm (1/8-1/4") with 66mm fixing centres for M4 fixings or 8 Gauge screws.
Marine grade nylon cleats offer very good value for money, for both production builder and sailor alike. They are ideal for most applications where high loads and rope surges are not likely to be encountered. Nylon cleats are corrosion resistant and will last for many years outdoors.
