The McMurdo SmartFind M6 AIS Class A transponder is an advanced maritime safety device engineered to elevate vessel operators' situational awareness and communication capabilities.

This transponder empowers operators to effortlessly monitor nearby vessels' AIS status and access detailed navigation data. It facilitates automated 'ships-to-ships' and 'ships-to-shore' communication, crucial for transmitting voyage and safety-related information.

With extensive interface capabilities, it seamlessly integrates with onboard navigation sensors, Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS), and Electronic Chart Systems (ECS), supporting multiple connectivity options like NMEA, NMEA2000, USB, and Ethernet.

The device features a vibrant 4.3-inch high-contrast display and an intuitive interface with a backlit keypad. It harnesses multiple GNSS sources for precise positioning and navigation.
