The 25mm Seaflow fire retardant water intake hose is suitable for the delivery and suction of hot or cold water and is sold per metre. Seaflow water intake hose has been designed with marine engine water intake in mind but can also be connected as a flexible hose on heat pumps and surge tanks.
The Seaflow heavy duty hose is constructed with steel wire reinforced man-made fibres to ensure it can perform well in harsh conditions and to help avoid hose kinking / collapse. It is also flame retardant to reduce the risk of failure in the event of an engine room fire.
Seaflow Fire Retardant Intake Hose Structure:
The hose inner tube is made of synthetic black rubber, the cover is made of flame retardant, synthetic black compound that is resistant to ageing and weather conditions. The intake hose features two high resistance textile reinforcements and a steel wire reinforcement. The surface of the hose is convoluted with a fabric impression and printed with "Water Intake Hose" text.
This water intake hose is cut from a 20 metre coil so orders of more than this will not be supplied as one single length of hose.
